About Job Brief
Designing, developing, and maintaining websites using WordPress. Collaborating with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality web experiences. Optimizing website performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring best practices in SEO and security.
Job Specification:
- Strong experience in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development.
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Expertise in front-end development, ensuring responsive and user-friendly designs.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, website security, and performance optimization.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug WordPress-related issues effectively.
- Experience with WordPress REST API and third-party API integrations.
- Strong understanding of database management and website architecture.
Additional Roles and Competencies:
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or React.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and basic server management would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker) is a plus.
- Contribution to open-source projects and participation in tech communities.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
